Cancellation policy

<h2>1. What this policy covers</h2>
<p>This policy covers pre-orders and purchases with a deferred supply date from Wild & Wise Records Ltd. through www.dubsproductions.co.uk. It applies alongside the <a href="https://www.dubsproductions.co.uk/policies/refund-policy">Refund and Cancellation Policy</a> and preserves all mandatory consumer rights.</p>
<p>A one-off pre-order, software licence, theme purchase or music purchase does not create a subscription or permission for unrelated recurring charges. If a recurring or try-before-you-buy option is offered, its payment schedule and cancellation terms must be clearly disclosed and separately agreed before purchase; those terms are not created by this pre-order policy.</p>
<h2>2. Pre-order information and payment</h2>
<p>A pre-order product must be identified before purchase, with its expected release or supply arrangements and the amount and timing of payment. A confirmation email records your order; it does not mean the product is already available.</p>
<p>Any deposit, deferred balance or future charge must be disclosed before you commit. We will not introduce an additional charge or increase an agreed order price without your agreement.</p>
<h2>3. Cancelling before supply</h2>
<p>You can cancel a standard physical pre-order before dispatch, or a digital pre-order before digital supply begins, by emailing <a href="mailto:contact@dubsproductions.co.uk">contact@dubsproductions.co.uk</a>. Include your name, order number or other purchase evidence, and the product you wish to cancel.</p>
<p>For a cancellation covered by this section, we will cancel any uncollected balance for that order and refund payments collected for the cancelled product without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We do not charge a pre-order cancellation fee under this section.</p>
<p>If an item has already been dispatched or digital supply has begun, the applicable rights and conditions in the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply. A request does not require a particular form or our approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.</p>
<h2>4. Digital pre-orders</h2>
<p>Taking a pre-order payment does not itself remove your cancellation rights. For consumers, the normal statutory period for digital content not supplied on a physical medium is 14 days after the day the contract is made.</p>
<p>A change-of-mind cancellation right ends on early digital supply only where you expressly consented to supply beginning during the cancellation period, acknowledged the loss of that right when supply begins, and received the required confirmation. If those conditions have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain. Faulty or misdescribed content remains subject to statutory remedies regardless of any valid change-of-mind waiver.</p>
<h2>5. Physical pre-orders</h2>
<p>Standard physical releases and merchandise retain the applicable consumer cancellation rights after delivery, normally up to 14 days after the day of receipt. Print-on-demand production alone does not remove those rights. Any lawful exception for a genuinely personalised product or an unsealed recording is explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and does not remove rights concerning faulty goods.</p>
<h2>6. Delays or discontinued products</h2>
<p>We will tell you about material changes to the expected supply date. If the product is discontinued or we cannot fulfil the pre-order, we will cancel it, cancel any uncollected balance and refund the payments collected for it. A different product will not be substituted without your agreement.</p>
<p>If supply is delayed, you retain the applicable rights to cancel for non-delivery. We will not make you accept an indefinite extension or store credit in place of a refund you are entitled to receive.</p>
<h2>7. Refund method and contact</h2>
<p>Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Any statutory refund deadline takes priority. Your payment provider may take additional time to display a refund after it has been issued.</p>
