Non-Exclusive Leases

- Distribution rights for 1 master recording up to 50,000 copies & 500,000 Online Audio Streams

- The rights for use in 1 Music Video & For Profit Live Performances

- Radio Broadcasting rights (2 Stations)

- Ownership: 100% ownership of the instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement remains that of the producer who composed the instrumental. The Licensor may continue to lease the instrumental non-exclusively. The producers cannot sell exclusive rights to this instrumental.

Royalties: 50% of all royalties remain that of theproducer who composed the instrumental.Credit: The Licensee must credit the producer for production in all releases on all platforms and advertisements for recordings containing this instrumental.The Credit: shall be substantially in the form of “Prod. By Dubs Productions” for YouTube, Soundcloud etc, and credited correctly as producer on streaming platforms.
