Keys Plucks and Bells

Small details with a sharp silhouette.

Add a melodic accent without crowding the arrangement. Keys, Plucks and Bells brings together glassy bell colours, organ-like keys, wire-like plucks, mallets and short percussive synth notes.

The pack contains 21 key and pluck voices plus one neutral starter-wave recording, for 22 samples in total. Use the C-note files as the starting point for a hook, a repeating figure or a sparse melodic response. The included catalogue makes the root and length of each sound easy to check.

What is included

  • 22 WAV samples: 21 key/pluck voices plus one starter-wave bonus
  • Bell, organ-like, mallet, wire and plucked synth colours
  • Single notes with printed envelopes and effects

Audio specification

  • 48 kHz / 24-bit stereo WAV audio
  • Nominal C roots and sampler root metadata where meaningful
  • Peak-normalized to -1 dBFS
  • Recorded effect tails and intentional pitch movement preserved
  • A sample catalogue with tuning and duration details

Use in your DAW

Drag the WAV files into a sampler or audio track in a DAW that supports this format. No YGGDRASIL installation is required. These downloads contain WAV audio samples, not synth presets.

These are single-note recordings and drum one-shots, not pre-cut loops. Tempo-synced movement and effects were rendered at 140 BPM. Nominal root labels retain the sound's programmed pitch sweeps, vibrato and harmonic layers. Unpitched or inharmonic material uses a C-trigger label rather than a claimed fixed fundamental.
